Initiate Your Return
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the pet apparel items you wish to send back.
Package Your Items
Place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags are attached and the garments are free of pet hair or signs of wear.
Print and Attach Label
Download your prepaid An Post return label from the portal, print it out, and securely attach it to the outside of your parcel.
Drop Off and Refund
Take your package to any local post office; once our team inspects the return, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days.
